HAMO'S STORY
Hamo is a South Gyeongsang restaurant chain centered in the city of Jinju.
In Gyeongsang dialect, “Hamo” refers to “of course”-a strong expression of confirmation or approval. It reflects the restaurant’s wish for their customers to remember their dining experience at Hamo as a pleasant experience.
Jinju has a long history of aristocratic feast culture and was well known for its extravagant and splendid cuisine. Hamo offers the Jinju bibimbap, one of the famous three bibimbap dishes of Joseon, as well as modern interpretations of Jinju’s excellent and elegant cuisine.
